What is Life

What is Life?
It’s a journey through a way,
Through which we must go-
Away and away.

What is Life?
It’s a very tough game,
Performance is what-
Brings us the name.

What is Life?
It’s today full of sorrow,
Face this eye to eye-
Joy will come tomorrow.

What Life?
It’s a puzzling riddle,
Go on solving it-
Don’t stop in the middle.

What is Life?
It’s a tearful road for miles,
Still walk with faith and honor-
You’ll reach the land of smiles.

What is Life?
It’s stormy and cold tonight,
But across this awaits-
A morning warm and bright.

What is Life?
It’s a fairy tale about,
A seed of baby now-
In the future to sprout.

What is Life?
It’s a bag of dreams,
Of vanilla skies-
And chocolate streams.

What is Life?
It’s a chance to love,
So spread your arms-
The world is yours, just love.

Power of KiSS – Hot Romance

This is the moment
Hearts begin pounding as one
Entering each other,
knowing what has come.

Plunging into emotions,
Overwhelmed with excitement.
Whispers of yearning
Enveloped into passionate hugs

Rendering whispers into speechless moans.
Opening doors of lust and love
Freeing emotions trapped in the soul.
And in a body afraid to let go.

Kisses turn into heavy breathing
Intertwined bodies are melding together
Senses explore new parts not found before
Soothing the needs of the soul.

Everlasting Love is Life – True Love

True love
is not physical beauty,
but an inner splendor
that glows in the soul and
radiates through all impediments,
forsaking all boundaries.

True love…
is not perfection.
The perfection lies in
the melding of two hearts,
and two souls, to create a bond
that survives all imperfections
and the passage of time.

Everlasting Love is Life

Everlasting Love is Life

True love…
is not fire,
but the kind of warmth one feels
from a golden fire’s glow,
an incomparable comfort
in the face of despair,
an offering of hope
when all is hopeless.

True love is us
with  heart and soul,
warm glowing light,
and everlasting hope.

Love is Life – A cute Rhym

Where there is love - There is Life

Love is Life

There is love me if you let me run through your body
I would be happy to be out of breath,
I would look in your eyes to see myself in her reflection
And look in your mouth the most ardent of your kisses.

I want to see the desire in your eyes when you look me
And that your mouth is drawn a mischievous smile,
In your heart I want to have it always trembling
And your arms feel the strength of your outbursts.

I would also like to enter the center of your soul
And so I would know, really much you love me
So well put me in, and you realize you do not
And when I find out, you can get me out of there.
You see when I look not stop smiling
Because at that moment, I am the happiest man,
And rather than ask me to say a few words
Was this what you wanted, or you may need to change?
So much love I give you and I never tire of giving you
That if you try to escape would be to reach you,
Long time no say so, and perhaps should not
But I am very yours, and I feel thee mine.

Interesting Bananas – This is Very Interesting‏

Going Bananas

 Bananas… This is very interesting.
After Reading THIS, you’ll NEVER look at a banana in the same way again –
Bananas. Containing three natural sugars – sucrose, fructose and glucose combined with fiber, a banana gives an instant, sustained and substantial boost of energy.

Research has proven that just two bananas provide enough energy for a strenuous 90-minute workout. No wonder the banana is the number one fruit with the world’s leading athletes.

But energy isn’t the only way a banana can help us keep fit. It can also help overcome or prevent a substantial number of illnesses and conditions, making it a must to add to our daily diet.

 Depression:
According to a recent survey undertaken by MIND amongst people suffering from depression, many felt much better after eating a banana. This is because bananas contain tryptophan, a type of protein that the body converts into serotonin, known to make you relax, improve your mood and generally make you feel happier.
PMS: Forget the pills – eat a banana. The vitamin B6 it contains regulates blood glucose levels, which can affect your mood.

 Anemia:
High in iron, bananas can stimulate the production of haemoglobin in the blood and so helps in cases of anemia.

 Blood Pressure:
This unique tropical fruit is extremely high in potassium yet low in salt, making it the perfect to beat blood pressure. So much so, the US Food and Drug Administration has just allowed the banana industry to make official claims for the fruit’s ability to reduce the risk of blood pressure and stroke.

 Brain Power:
200 students at aTwickenham (Middlesex) school were helped through their exams this year by eating bananas at breakfast, break, and lunch in a bid to boost their brain power. Research has shown that the potassium-packed fruit can assist learning by making pupils more alert.

 Constipation:
High in fiber, including bananas in the diet can help restore normal bowel action, helping to overcome the problem without resorting to laxatives.

 Hangovers:
One of the quickest ways of curing a hangover is to make a banana milkshake, sweetened with honey. The banana calms the stomach and, with the help of the honey, builds up depleted blood sugar levels, while the milk soothes and re-hydrates your system.

 Heartburn:
Bananas have a natural antacid effect in the body, so if you suffer from heartburn, try eating a banana for soothing relief.

 Morning Sickness:
Snacking on bananas between meals helps to keep blood  sugar levels up and avoid morning sickness.

 Mosquito bites:
Before reaching for the insect bite cream, try rubbing the affected area with the inside of a banana skin. Many people find it amazingly successful at reducing swelling and irritation.
Nerves:
Bananas are high in B vitamins that help calm the nervous system.
Overweight and at work?
Studies at the Institute of Psychology in Austria found pressure at work leads to gorging on comfort food like chocolate and crisps. Looking at 5,000 hospital patients, researchers found the most obese were more likely to be in high-pressure jobs. The report concluded that, to avoid panic-induced food cravings, we need to control our blood sugar levels by snacking on high carbohydrate foods every two hours to keep levels steady.
Ulcers:
The banana is used as the dietary food against intestinal disorders because of its soft texture and smoothness. It is the only raw fruit that can be eaten without distress in over-chronicler cases. It also neutralizes over-acidity and reduces irritation by coating the lining of the stomach.
Temperature control:
Many other cultures see bananas as a “cooling” fruit that can lower both the physical and emotional temperature of expectant mothers. In Thailand, for example, pregnant women eat bananas to ensure their baby is born with a cool temperature.
Seasonal Affective Disorder
(SAD): Bananas can help SAD sufferers because they contain the natural mood enhancer tryptophan.
Smoking:
Bananas can also help people trying to give up smoking.
The B6, B12 they contain, as well as the potassium and magnesium found in them, help the body recover from the effects of nicotine withdrawal.
Stress:
Potassium is a vital mineral, which helps normalize the heartbeat, sends oxygen to the brain and regulates your body’s water balance. When we are stressed, our metabolic rate rises, thereby reducing our potassium levels. These can be rebalanced with the help of a high-potassium banana snack.
Strokes:
According to research in “The New England Journal of Medicine, “eating bananas as part of a regular diet can cut the risk of death by strokes by as much as 40%!
Warts:
Those keen on natural alternatives swear that if you want to kill off a wart, take a piece of banana skin and place it on the wart, with the yellow side out. Carefully hold the skin in place with a plaster or surgical tape!
So, a banana really is a natural remedy for many ills. When you compare it to an apple, it has four times the protein, twice the carbohydrate, three times the phosphorus, five times the vitamin A and iron, and twice the other vitamins and minerals. It is also rich in potassium and is one of the best value foods around.
So maybe its time to change that well-known phrase so that we say, “A banana a day keeps the doctor away!”
PS :
Bananas must be the reason why monkeys are so happy & Healthy all the time!

Bad Weather for Fishing‏

Every Saturday morning the husband goes fishing. He gets up early, makes his lunch, hooks up his boat and off he goes, all day long. So, one Saturday morning he gets up early, dresses quietly, makes his lunch, puts on his long johns, grabs the dog and goes to the garage to hook up his boat to the truck.

Coming out of his garage, rain is pouring down in a torrential downpour. There is snow mixed in with the rain and the wind is blowing 50 miles per hour. inutes later, he returns to the garage. He comes back into the house and turns the TV to check the weather forecast. He finds it’s going to be bad weather all day long, so he puts his boat back in the garage, quietly undresses and slips back into bed.

There he cuddles up to his wife’s back and whispers, “The weather out there is terrible.” To which she sleepily replies, “I know, can you believe my stupid husband is out fishing in that?”

If God Come to Your House

If God Came to Your House

If God came to your house, to spend a day or two,
If He came without warning, I wonder what you’d do.

Yes, if God came to your house, to spend a day or two,
If He came unexpected, just dropped in on you.
I know you’d give your nicest room to such an honored guest,
And all the food you’d serve to Him would be the very best.
And you would keep assuring Him you’re glad to have Him there,
That serving Him in your home is joy beyond compare.

But when you saw Him coming, would you meet Him at the door
With arms outstretched in welcome to your heavenly visitor?
Or would you have to change your clothes before you let Him in?
Or hide some magazines and put the Holy Books where they’d been?
Would you turn off the radio and hope He hadn’t heard?
And wish you hadn’t uttered that last loud hasty word?
And would you hide your worldly music and put some hymn books out?
Could you let Lord just walk right in, or would you rush about?

And I wonder if the Savior spend a day or two with you,
Would you go right on doing the things you always do?
Would you go right on saying the things you always say?
Would life for you continue as it does from day to day?
And would your family conversation keep up it’s usual pace?
And would you find it hard each meal to say a table grace?
Would you sing the songs you always sing, and read the books you read,
And let Him know the things on which your mind and spirit feed?

And would you take Lord  with you everywhere you’d planned to go?
Or maybe would you change your plans for just a day or so?
Would you be glad to have Him meet your very closest friends,
Or hope that they would stay away until His visit ends?
And would you be glad to have Him stay forever on and on?
Or would you sigh with great relief when He at last was gone?

Oh, it might be interesting to know the things that you would do,
If God came in person to spend some time with you.
Don’t worry and pretend but be what you are,
Cause God knows you better than others from near and far.
